We’re looking for a Crew Leader/Supervisor who thrives on teamwork, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality results. You’ll lead our pavement maintenance crews through hands-on projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job.

We’re looking for a Crew Leader/Supervisor who thrives on teamwork, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality results. You’ll lead our pavement maintenance crews through hands-on projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on every job.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise day-to-day operations of sealcoating, crack filling, and line painting jobs
- Oversee site preparation and quality assurance for all projects
- Delegate tasks, manage timelines, and provide hands-on leadership
- Train and mentor new team members and ensure adherence to safety protocols
- Communicate directly with clients, property managers, and the operations team
- Maintain detailed job site records and reporting
- Troubleshoot equipment or site challenges and escalate as needed
What You Bring:
- Valid driver’s license with clean record (required)
- 1–3 years of experience in asphalt, concrete, or pavement maintenance
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience (foreman or crew lead role preferred)
- Ability to work long hours outdoors, lift 75 lbs, and work flexible shifts
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with customer-facing roles and professional demeanor

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
