EverLine Coatings & Services is a professional pavement maintenance company serving commercial properties throughout Maryland. We work with property managers, retail centers, medical campuses, HOAs, and commercial facilities to keep their parking lots safe, clean, and compliant.
We are growing and looking for a dependable, professional communicator to help us connect with potential clients and schedule introductory meetings. This position is perfect for someone who is available during daytime hours (9am-3pm preferred) and is looking to add meaningful supplemental income through part-time work at home.
What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls to commercial property managers and facility managers
- Introduce our services in a professional, conversational manner
- Identify decision-makers
- Schedule qualified appointments on our calendar
- Log notes in our CRM
- Follow up lightly with warm prospects
What We’re Looking For:
- Professionalism, reliability, and integrity
- Clear, confident, professional phone presence
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Reliable internet and quiet home workspace
- Organized and consistent
- Prior phone, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- B2B calling experience is a plus
Compensation Structure
- Base Pay $18-$22/hour
- Cash bonus for qualified and kept appointments
- Flexible 10–20 hours/week
- Growth potential based on performance
